The Three Best Ways To Cook

Food preparation in contemporary times has taken on several vastly different forms. One is artistic. This is the type of preparation one sees in “high-hend” or multi-star Michelin rate restaurants. Then there is the fast-food route. Quality of the food under this second method is of no concern. Just make it fast. Then there is what I’d call the simple method. It actually involves very little “cooking” of the food and often many foods are eaten raw. I have my own preferences for preparing food.
